Buying a home? Use Best Realty Inc (a local Jacksonville Real Estate Brokerage) and we will rebate 1/3 of our commission (usually one percent of purchase price) at closing. This commission "rebate" program is 100% legal in Florida and will be noted on your closing documents.

This progam is for homes purchased through us for $ 200,000 or more. It DOES NOT include foreclosures or short sales. Rebate will be disclosed to all parties in the purchase and sale agreement and on the HUD1 closing statement. For financed purchases, rebate will be in the form of credit to buyers closing costs, prepaids and/or interest rate buy down. For cash purchases, it will be a full credit at closing..
